My appointment today was short notice, but I was happy to have it rather than wait the expected 12-14 months. Thankyou for txt me yesterday asking me ti take appt! Very nice welcome from Dr Siva and nurse, Sophia Bunyan. Procedure not very pleasant but reassured by Dr and nurse. Good explanation of condition I have also explanation of medicine prescribed and what side effects I may experience. In all, very happy with my experience

Mr Shiva was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. He was very approachable so I felt I could ask questions. I felt he was very thorough and I was reassured by my consultation with him. Thank you to him and also to Nadia Armstrong, the nurse who assisted him.

I was seen today by Mr. Siva in the ENT department of Scarborough Hospital. He was absolutely first class. The consultation was exceptional he covered any questions I had and explained them in depth. I was made to feel at ease and overall the appointment was a very pleasant experience. I must also mention the Nurse Nadia Armstrong who was also lovely and very professional. In conclusion what a great team they are and hopefully will remain at Scarborough.
